Greatly improved corrosion resistance: The surface of the glass fiber cloth aluminum foil is treated with a special anti-corrosion coating, which greatly improves its corrosion resistance. At the same time, the polyethylene hot air bonding method is adopted, and no composite adhesive is needed, which eliminates the hidden danger of corrosion and mildew on the aluminum foil surface caused by residual moisture or solvent in the adhesive during the bonding process.
Direct hot pressing bonding saves the composite adhesive and saves the cost of veneer bonding.
Lower water vapor permeability and enhanced water vapor barrier effect: The heat-sealed polyethylene layer in the middle of the glass fiber cloth aluminum foil is thicker than that of the general veneer, and the water vapor permeability is lower, so the water vapor barrier effect is better, and the insulation materials such as glass wool are reliably protected.
Better tensile strength and more rigid veneer: The glass fiber cloth aluminum foil has higher mechanical strength than the reinforced aluminum foil, and is more suitable for online bonding in glass wool factories, rock wool factories, and mineral wool factories.
The surface is smoother, reducing the chance of damage to the aluminum foil surface: The fiberglass cloth aluminum foil has a fine texture and a thick polyethylene layer, so the surface is smoother and the aluminum foil surface is not easily damaged by friction, thus playing a better role in water vapor barrier.
