Fiberglass Sleeve
Glass fiber sleeve is made of alkali-free glass fiber yarn woven into a sleeve and then treated at high temperature. It has high electrical insulation, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance and heat dissipation. Because of its excellent softness and elasticity, it can maintain its softness and bend resistance at low temperatures of minus 50℃ without reducing its electrical insulation. Its insulation capacity and low price make it an economical choice for protecting hoses and cables.
High silica casing
It is woven with high silica, with a silicon dioxide content of ≥96%, a softening point close to 1700℃, and can be used for a long time at 900℃, can work for 10 minutes at 1450℃, and can remain in good condition at 1700℃ for 15 seconds. Due to its stable chemical properties, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, and ablation resistance; compared with ceramic fiber cloth, it has a smaller ablation rate and heat shrinkage rate (close to 1%), is non-toxic and non-irritating to the human body, and has the advantages of beautiful appearance and good feel. The products are widely used in aerospace, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, fire protection and other industrial fields.
Silicone fiberglass casing
Silicone fiberglass casing is made of high-purity alkali-free glass fiber, which is then coated with organic silicone on the outer wall and vulcanized. After vulcanization, it can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -65°C - 260°C and maintain its soft and elastic properties.
Silicone tube
Made of silicone rubber and polymer elastomer modified by radiation, it can be used for a long time at high temperature, and is resistant to acid, alkali, solvents, and external mechanical damage. It can be used for the protection of cable terminals and separation joints in military vehicles, high-speed trains, ship equipment, or motor and electrical appliances.
Silicone hose with cloth
Silicone hose with cloth is made of organic silicon compound rubber bonded with mesh cloth by calendering machine to form prefabricated sheets, and then through spinning process, heated and vulcanized to form products. It is widely used in pneumatic pressure, automobile intake, exhaust pipe, biochemistry, agricultural machinery and other industries.
Ceramic fiber bushing
