Fireproof and water-repellent fabric

Fireproof and hydrophobic cloth (waterproof and fireproof membrane material, alkali-free hydrophobic glass fiber cloth) uses high-density ultra-fine fireproof fiber cloth as the base material, coated with nano-level polymer materials, and processed by special process. It is a high-performance, multi-purpose composite material new product. Smokeless, halogen-free, non-toxic, pure oxygen non-flammable, high temperature resistant, heat-insulating, good insulation, safe and environmentally friendly, can effectively protect the health of workers and reduce the incidence of occupational diseases. The surface is smooth (hydrophobic like lotus leaves). Its unique process makes it hydrophobic while having better air permeability and fire resistance.

Fire retardancy: Class A non-flammable (GB8624-2012).

Safety and environmental protection: non-polluting, non-toxic, harmless, no toxic substances and gases (passed SGS safety and environmental protection test).

Waterproof, non-hygroscopic, water repellent: Level 5 (GB/T4745-2012 water test).

High and low temperature resistance (-70°～550°).

Oil, acid and alkali corrosion resistance.

Sound insulation and noise reduction.

Good dimensional stability, not easy to deform, the size is not affected by temperature, climate and other environmental changes and shrinkage or expansion deformation.

Good weather resistance, not easy to age (anti-oxidation, anti-ultraviolet).
