Electronic grade glass fiber cloth is made by weaving the electronic grade glass fiber yarn in warp and weft on a jet loom according to the plain weave. After desizing, the electronic grade glass fiber cloth is surface treated and fiber opened, which makes it easier for resin to penetrate. The surface is coated with silane coupling agent, which has excellent bonding with the matrix resin, giving the printed circuit board excellent electrical insulation properties, heat resistance and processing properties.
